Appointment's:
Due to the nature of the business, and keeping on time for appointment's, there is a chance of running late. Fix My Cycle will do their up-most to keep you informed.
All work carried out at your home, we may need to speak with you in person this will require you or someone at all times who is responsible for authorizing any extra work and payment.
Being able to interact with the Technician who is working on your bike, makes the job a whole lot easier to diagnose those annoying little problems first time. And we also like to give free advice on anything cycling!
Working conditions:
Our mechanic will carry out all work with the minimum disruption to the customer. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is a suitable and safe place to work on the bike .The work place provided must be free from children and animals to avoid any accidents or injuries.
The mechanic is not obliged to offer any service in a place where there is a Health and Safety risk.
Test Ride :
After your service is completed please check the bicycle thoroughly before the technician leaves your place to ensure the service requested is completed to your satisfaction. No complaints regarding the service will be accepted after the technician has left your place.
Spares :
Any spares consumed during the service is chargeable.
Payment:
If you decide to use Fix My Cycle for repairs or servicing, all work and components charges must be paid preferably by cash , google pay or paytm .We request the customers not to pay anything extra as appreciation to the technicians .

Terms and Conditions :
- Incase of cancellation or rescheduling the service appointment kindly get in touch with us at support@fixmycycle.com
- If in case there is a major complaint in your bicycle that cannot be repaired at the door step, there is an option to let us pick up your bicycle,
repair at our service station and drop it back at your door step at an additional cost (amount will be informed before pick up). If you are not willing to go with the service or cancel the service after our technican reaches your place visiting charge of Rs. 250 will be applicable.
- In case we are not able to fulfill your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances we will call you before your booking time to inform you the same and also book an alternate slot at your convenient time.
- Kindly ensure to provide a space outside the house for our techician to service your bicycle.
- If incase the service has to happen inside your house kindly make sure it's been monitored.
- FMC is not responsible for any loss our your belongings.
